Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
5 eggs
2 tbs vanilla extract
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup Green Tea X50 Skinny Protein Powder (vanilla flavour)
2 tsps baking powder
1/4 cup of coconut flour
1/2 tsps cinnamon
*Nuts to serve or sprinkle over the top
Method
Turn oven on and preheat to 150°C. Mix the bananas, cinnamon, eggs, vanilla, dates and baking powder in a blender until all ingredients are combined. Then it’s time to add the Green Tea X50 Skinny Protein Powder and coconut flour. After letting the mix rest for around 5 minutes pour into a lined loaf tin and then place in the oven. Bake for around 30 minutes, the cake should be browned on top when you pull it out. To ensure the cake is cooked through, use a skewer to test.
