Ingredients
½ cup of raw almonds
2 cups of filtered water
1 cup of fresh raspberries (frozen raspberries are also suitable)
1 sachet of Raspberry Green Tea X50 natural energy drink
¼ cup of light agave
1 tbs of soft extra virgin coconut oil
1 tbs vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
¼ cup of chia seeds
Optional
1 scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream X50 100% Lean Whey Protein Powder
Method
Place the soaked almonds, water, Green Tea X50 natural energy drink, agave, vanilla extract, coconut oil and salt in a blender and mix until liquefied. The next step is to strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, which will leave you with a tasty sweet and rich raspberry flavoured almond milk. Pour the chia seeds into a bowl and cover with the raspberry flavoured milk, before mixing well to avoid clumping. Leave overnight to chill and set. Add the raspberries, shredded coconut and some chopped almonds to serve, as well as cacao nibs if you have any handy. You can also stir in a handful of oats for a hearty breakfast.
