The How

LET'S GO: Cleanse and if you can, exfoliate your face. Open the pouch, gently pull out, and unfold THE DEFENDER. Carefully place it on your face, lining up the holes in the mask to your eyes, nose, and mouth. Gently tug it into place, smooth it down, and leave it on for 20 minutes. Remove the mask. I’m sure it’s a fantastic mask but unfortunately I’m female so it was of no use to me. Very much appreciated the tea samples though!
